3.2. Force Majeure
In the event of circumstances beyond our control (including but not limited to acts of God, weather, pandemics, strikes, or government regulations), we reserve the right to reschedule or cancel the event. We will work with you to reschedule or find alternative solutions, but we are not liable for any direct or indirect costs incurred due to such events.
4. Services and Responsibilities

The Services provided will be as outlined in the contract. Any services not specifically listed in the agreement will be considered outside the scope and may incur additional fees.

You are responsible for the behavior of your guests during the event. Any damage to property or inappropriate behavior may result in additional charges or cancellation of the event.
5. Liability and Insurance

Odyssey Event Group is not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or damages occurring before, during, or after the event, except where required by law. You, the client, are responsible for obtaining any necessary insurance coverage for the event, including but not limited to general liability insurance.
5.2. Damage to Property
The client agrees to reimburse Odyssey Event Groupfor any damage to property caused by the client or their guests during the event.
6. Intellectual Property
6.1. Use of Name and Logo
By engaging with our services, you grant Odyssey Event Group permission to use the event's name, photographs, videos, and other media for marketing, promotional, and social media purposes. If you do not wish for such use, please notify us in writing.
7. Privacy and Data Protection
7.1. Data Collection
We may collect personal information (such as name, contact details, and event preferences) during the booking process. We will use this information solely for the purpose of providing our Services and will not share it with third parties without your consent, unless required by law.
